THE AGENCY
As a strategist and researcher for The Agency, I have worked with multiple clients on projects including but not limited to market trends, social analytics, and primary/secondary research.
I was then promoted to Lead Strategist, where I had the opportunity to lead the strategy for several client projects, including work for Amazon Alexa, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.
I received another promotion to my final role as Operations Manager, External Affairs. In this position, I oversaw our social media, branding, thought leadership blog, alumni relations, and newsletters to various stakeholders.
An example of a notable experience revolved around work with Coca-Cola. I conducted secondary research and created strategic insights for Coke's campaign with GA Voting Works to compel registered voters to vote early in person. This project featured partnerships with significant Atlanta-based corporations including WarnerMedia, Delta, and Mercedes. I also worked with one of Coca-Cola's hero brands on primary research with college football.
